Partner In Kolker Kolker Epstein Architects. Born In 1949.

Randy Epstein GraduatedFrom The Department Of Architecture In “Cooper Union” New York In 1973. He Holds A B.Arch Degree. At The Same Time As Studying Architecture At Cooper Union, Randy began working in the office of the Richard Meyer’s Architects in New York

In 1975 he immigrated to Israel and began Working in the office of the architect of Ram Carmi In 1976 He Received A License To Practice Architecture In Israel . At the same time he was appointed to the Deputy Chief Architect in charge of the Central District in the Ministry of Housing.

During His Time Working At The Ministry Of Housing, He met And Worked With Amir and Opher Kolker in Planning The Residential Neighborhood Of “Giloh”. Commercial Center Planning. Comprehensive School And Community Center In The Ramot Neighborhood Of Jerusalem.

In 1982, He Established The Kolker Kolker Epstein Architectural Firm In Jerusalem In Partnership With Amir Kolker And Opher Kolker.

Opher Kolker

Partner in Kolker Kolker Epstein Architects. Born in 1945.

Opher Kolker graduated from the Department of Architecture in “Technion” Haifa in 1971. he holds a B.Arch degree. Upon graduation, he moved to London and began working as an architect and as a team leader in Camden, London. Opher taught architecture at Kingston Polytechnic, London. In 1974 he returned to Israel. Upon his return to Israel, he began working in the office of the architect Moshe Safdi. among other things he led the planning of the Bar-Ilan University project.

In 1975 he received a license to practice architecture in Israel and in 1976 he was appointed Deputy chief Architect in charge of the Central District In the Ministry of Housing.
During his time working at the Ministry of Housing, he knew Randy Epstein and worked with him and his twin brother Amir Kolker on planning the residential neighborhood in “Giloh”. Commercial center planning. Comprehensive school and community center in the Ramot neighborhood of Jerusalem.

In 1982, he Established the Kolker Kolker Epstein architectural firm in Jerusalem in partnership with Amir Kolker and Randy Epstein.

Amir Kolker

Partner in Kolker Kolker Epstein Architects. Born in 1945.

Amir Kolker graduated from the Department of Architecture in London Westminster University in 1971. he holds a .Dip Arch degree. In 1972 he was certified by the British Association of Architects RIBA and received a license to practice architecture in the United Kingdom . In 1974 he returned to Israel. Upon his return to Israel, he began working in the office of the architects Yaakov Rechter, among other things he led the Yarkon marina architectural project.


In 1975 he received a license to practice architecture in Israel and in 1976 he was appointed Deputy of the major Architect in charge of the Jerusalem District at the Ministry of Housing.
During his time working at the Ministry of Housing, he knew Randy Epstein and worked with him and his twin brother Opher Kolker on planning the residential neighborhood of her age. Shopping center planning. Comprehensive school and community center in the Ramot neighborhood of Jerusalem.


In 1982, he founded the Kolker Kolker Epstein architectural firm in Jerusalem in partnership with Ofer Kolker and Randy Epstein.

Maya Zarnitsky Debbi graduated from the Ecole nationale Supérieure d’architecture de Paris La Villette  (ENSAPLV)  in 2005. She holds an ARCHITECTE – DPLG degree. At the same Time as Studying Architecture at Ecole nationale Supérieure d’architecture de Paris La Villette  (ENSAPLV), She began Working at the BUFFI Associes Architectural firm.  A year later she began working at the COSTANTINI & REGEMBAL Architects in Paris.  In 2005 She Began working at the Kolker Kolker Epstein Architectural firm. In 2007 Maya was appointed a Partner in Kolker Kolker Epstein. In 2008 She Received her license to practice architecture.

Barak Eylam graduated from the Department of Architecture in Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design in Jerusalem in 1999, he holds a B.Arch degree. At the same time as studying Architecture at Bezalel, he began working at the Kolker Kolker Epstein architectural firm. In 2002 he received his license to practice architecture. In 2007 he was appointed a Partner in Kolker Kolker Epstein

Lotan Rothman graduated from the Department of Architecture in Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design in Jerusalem in 1995, he holds a B.Arch degree. At the same time as Studying Architecture at Bezalel, he began working at the Gelehrter architectural firm.  In 1995 he began working at the Kolker Kolker Epstein architectural firm. In 1998 he Received his license to practice architecture. In 2007 he was appointed a Partner in Kolker Kolker Epstein
